Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I will do my best to solve your query.
According to your history, i would like to know whether it is associated with any urinary symptoms or loose motions or constipation.
I would suggest you to go for few blood work ups like CBC, fasting sugar, Amylase, Lipase, SGPT. I would also like to advise you to go for ultrasound of abdomen. You can come back to me anytime after having your results, so i can guide you further.
Meanwhile, you can do few simple things like take small frequent meals, drink plenty of water, avoid junk and oily foods, do regular exercise (if possible walking for at least 20 minutes a day), don't lie down immediately after taking meal, take your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed, have a high fiber diet. You can take proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole, if you feel stomach irritation or acidity. You can take muscle relaxants like dicyclomine, if any spasmodic abdominal pain is there. As these are prescription medicines, you will have to consult your local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
Follow these simple rules for at least few weeks and let me know if you are having any improvement. Also go for the reports i have suggested and you can come back to me directly anytime, i will be happy to guide you further.
