Suggest Remedy For Recurring Typhoid
I am 18 years old. i had typhoid fever last year and this year once again i suffered from it. doctor gave me CIPRIN(antibiotic) for 14 days and i got recovered. but just after a week again i ve same symptoms and fever... what should i do now, i ll be very thankful!

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here that this may not be typhoid fever but could be something else because once the typhoid infection given right treatment this completely eradicated from the system, you need to find something else rather than the typhoid fever, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day,

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fever and other associated symptoms can be due to typhoid or some other disease process.
Fever is a non-specific symptoms can occur in number of conditions.
However, since you have a previous history of typhoid, typhoid fever needs to be ruled out.
You can take up a Widal test for enteric fever (typhoid and paratyphoid fever).
However, Widal test can become negative if you take antibiotic prior to the test.
