Suggest Remedy For Red Itchy Bumps

Ive had clusters of red dots/bumps almost like Bug bites on the lower part of my body they re extremely itchy and react in hot water and they ve caused bruising and scab constantly... they will go away for awhile then reappear in the same cycle. Please advise? ?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
