Suggest Remedy For Red Swollen Bumps On Neck

hi iv had a small straight red met slightly swollen appear on my neck 5 days ago. It looks like a burn you could do with a hair straighteners and as I don t even one I m sure it s not a burn or scratch. its tender to touch and have only appear to get worse not clear up. iv not come into chemicals, changed washing powder or have sensitive skin etc. Thank you in advance kind regards.

Yes this can be due to burn.
