Hi i was on Crisanta bitrh control pill for 3 years , left it about three months back .Periods were normal for a month and got irregular in the second month .I took Modus 10 Mg for five days m its been a week and still no withdrawal bleeding .Is it normal ? I am also on Thyroxine 25 for six months now. What can i do to get the periods.
Is there a chance that you could be pregnant, IF yes better off with doing a home pregnancy test.
If the pregnancy test is negative you can increase the dose of Modus by taking 3 tabs per day for 5 days and again wait for withdrawal bleeding. If no withdrawal bleeding after this you will need an evaluation with an ultrasound.
Since you have stopped birth control pills just 2 months back hormonal imbalance can be the reason for this presentation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
