I caught a cold from my boss, and i have really runny nose, with no clear mucus, it s all thick and yellow. Also I have a sore throat, and when I swallow it hurts my left side of my throat. This morning I coughed, and something that looked like flesh tissue came out. I m scared

Hi , Your clinical history is suggestive Upper Respiratory track infection.
Start Steam Inhalation , antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , Saline nasal drop ,Paracetemol , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days. You will get relief.
