Suggest Remedy For Runny Nose With Sore Thorat

hi i started off with a runny nose sore throat and cough two weeks ago. the cough has turned chesty and i now have pains in my upper back bewteen my shoulder blades when i breathe. i am not able to bring up any mugus when i cough i am 29 and a smoker.

Hi.
Stop smoking is the first principal of the treatment.
This is upper respiratory infection traveled into the lower part of the respiratory system.
You need ::
A proper antibiotic coverage.
Mucolytic and steam inhalations.
