Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Eating A Spicy Meal

Hi....whenever i have spicy food or street food ive got this lower right abdominal pain and diarrhea and this restricted my sex life, this had been on and off for almost 2 years nothing came from the ultrasound result... i feel as if my cecum is inflamed.. any idea what exactly this could be?

Street food generally are grassy, and these kind of foods (including spicy food ) irritate the GI mucose cousing Gi upsad which may manifest with bloating, diarrhoea pain. This may come due to the lack of some enzymes produced in pankreas . If the symptoms are related only when you consume these kind of food than I would suggest not to consume, and also to reduce alcoholic drink( if you consume).
