Suggest Remedy For Severe Acid Reflux While On Rifagut And Razo
I have several acidity and reflux. I also have sliding hitus hernia and am gluten intolerant. My Dr gave me rifagut 400 and razo d for a month. I was better for 4 months now he has asked me to continue the same as I am having the symptoms again. Is it fine to take the meds again
The rifagut is used for different causes, its course can be repeated for a short period of time, in most cases up to 2 weeks.
The razo d is used for reflux and it can be taken long term if that is needed. It decreases acid production in the stomach.
In addition to the medication, lifestyle changes may be needed eg: (A)using small frequent meals instead of large meals (B)weight loss of any excess weight (C)avoiding spicy/acidic/fried foods (d)avoid mint, tomatoes, onion, caffeine
I hope this helps
