Suggest Remedy For Severe Acidity And Nausea

My brother for the past one month or so is complaining about that during the night hours he develops some sort of fear, he things that there are some persons standing or sitting at the living room and dares to even go to toilet. He is a person who does not believe in ghosts or any unnatural identities, he is married for the the past over 20 years with a lovely son of 12 years of age. He also complains of severe acidity and nausea. His age is 48 and into business. He stays with his wife son and mother in a flat in Kolkata. Does he need to consult a psychiatrist? What could be the probable causes? Is it a symtom of scitzofrenia? Please advice

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

According to history he is having hallucinations.... That is suggesting psychiatric problem , yes it can be schizophrenia...

If he is taking stress because of it there could be gastritis ....
So stress avoided...
For gastritis pentoprazole like drug given to reduce acidity...
Excess spicy food avoided...

Support him and consult him to psychiatrist for detail history take up and subsequently treated accordingly with medication like olanzepin or other suitable drug and behavioural therapy ....
