Suggest Remedy For Severe Constipation And Vomiting

My bowels will not move on its own. Medicines either dont work or are to harsh. I done a hot water enema last night and I had another bad episode. I hurt so bad I threw up. My belly is sore today. I also get the feeling my intestines are being scraped. I had an colonoscopy scheduled for this past April but I didn t go through with it because I can t handle the prep. I get so weak , throw up, & lay on the bathroom floor when I have an episode. I have had trouble with my bowls my whole life . I am 47 yrs. old & it just gets worse . I am actually scared to eat eat because I no I can t have a bm on my own. Any thoughts on this ?

2) Drink more water.
3) Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
4) Exercise more.
5) Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
6) Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
