Suggest Remedy For Severe Cough In An Elderly Person

Sir/madam I'm 40 years old and now I got a heavy cough from 3days and when I'm getting cough I'm getting urine without my conscious and very heavily and I can't bare this problem.it happened me 4 or 5 times from 5 years I consulted many doctors but didn't satisfied plz help me.....

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing is nothing serious but a lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI).
This condition can be easily treated in the following way:
1. A course of antibiotics containing Azhithromycin.
2. Decongestant syrup containing Ambroxyl and Chlorpheniramine maleate.
3. Salt water gargling with warm water.
4. Consumption of medicated lozanges.
5. Steam inhalation twice a day would help to liquefy your sputum and help to bring it out smoothly.
Your symptoms should get better in about 3 to 5 days.
