Suggest Remedy For Severe Gas During Menstruation

Hello, I m a 17 year old girl who has been experiencing very painful gas that seems to be worse when I m on my period. I am also a heavy bleeder and have very severe cramps. Is the painfull gas in correlation to this at all? Any idea why this happens and how I can fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For gas problem you can do some diet modifications like. ...

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower etc....
Avoid fatty foods and oily foods.

Don't take stress or tention.
Chew a food properly.
Use garlic in your diet it help to reduce gas.

You can take simethicone drug for gas relief.
