Suggest Remedy For Severe Heartburn, Hot Flashes And Bloating
My Wife aged 40 yrs suffering with acidity since 2006. After year she was normal. Recently she is suffering severe with heart burn sensation, hot flushes, bloating etc. She is been using the medicines like pantodac and leisuride but not much effect. Her endoscopy report was normal and blood test are also normal. Kindly advice what is the cause and remedy also.

Since your wife is 40 years old and has symptoms of heartburn, bloating and hot flushes in spite of Pantoprazole, Lesuride and has normal upper GI endoscopy indicate a deeper reason.
It can be due to the hormonal changes that are possible due to the age of 40. Hence it is better to consult a gynecologist and endocrinologist for evaluation of hormonal changes and correction may help her for the hot flushes and other symptoms.
Symptomatic treatment of heartburn with Pantoprazole, Domperidone in place of Lesuride and antacids every three hours should help her well. Removal of the factors that cause anxiety and stress helps further. Avoid the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the symptoms.
