Suggest Remedy For Severe Mood Swings, Anxiety And Headache After Having Adderall

I have taken adderall to help with preparation for exams. I know that is bad but I wanted to be honest. I have been having multiple mood swings, my anxiety is really bad and I am getting jittery and twitchy. MY heart beat has been so fast at times. My headaches have worsened throughout the day. I have not slept in 36 hours. I feel like I could crawl out of my skin. What is going on?

Yeah, it will reliably do that. It is a stimulant and accentuates anxiety that is already there. It is obviously an Adderall effect.
First would be to stop the adderall and be prepared to sleep at least 12 hrs. Then, cannot say. Addiction counseling might be an idea, or treatment of anxiety with beta blockers and antidepressants. These interact unpredictably with adderall so, you would want to both not take it, and tell the prescriber about previous use.
