Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Around The Neck With Popping Sound Post An Injury

Hi, I am amar kumar singh. my sister shanta kumari 20 yrs old is suffering from neck pain all around like( jugular vein, larinx, farinx, cervical)for 7 months after fall down from bed. After consultant of Doctor there is no any problems shows in X-ray of neck and blood test report. when ever neck moves left to right or right to left the neck bone create a little sound and little getting problem in moves. Also have problem of giddiness for 7 months and abdomen pain for 10 days. Doctor advised take salt too much for increase BP. Kindly Advise ASAP

I really appreciate your concern, if you have not done the MRI of cervical spine then it is necessary to get it done as long as the history of fall is concern, this could be cervical degenerative disease of spine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
