Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain During Bowel Movement

Hello. Basically. I've suffered with IBS since I was 9 and I'm now 21. I suffer with severe pain when having a bowel movement. It's unbearable. And I really cant cope with it anymore. I cry nearly everyday because of it. My bumhole is very very small aswell. And I don't know why. I don't get blood when I pass. Please help me. My bum hurts for ages after aswell and is very red and sore.

ibs is a serious condition and u should ideally be on surveillance with regular colonoscopy. I think it's probabaly a flare u r facing now.
u might think of starting 5 amino salicylic acid took start with n c if it helps. if it's very bad u might have to start a course of steroids to induce remission.
