Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I am 27 years female . I get married 2 months ago and still me and my husband find difficulty in intercourse . I feel that my hymen is not torn properly that s why penis cant penetrate deeply .and I feel too much pain while inserting but still penis doesn t goes. Please help and guide me how to intercourse properly.
I can understand your problem. Since you are married for last two months and are having intercourse so most probably hymen has been torn. Some times due to contraction of pelvic muscles results in pain during intercourse in females. This could occur due to fear of pain, poor knowledge about intercourse and sex, and can be due to anxiety or also vaginismus. I would advise you to relax yourself before intercourse and talk to your husband openly about the problem.
Spend a lot of time in foreplay. This will not only relax the pelvic muscles but will also result in secretion of lubricating fluids from vagina and help in easy penetration. Relaxation of pelvic muscles will help in decrease of pain. Use of a good lubricating fluid like KY Jelly can help in easy penetration.
If problem persist even after that consult a gynaecologist for treatment.
Thanks, hope this helps you. Take Care
