Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Abdomen With Red Discoloration In Urine

I am in recovery and relapsed two weeks ago friday, drank blacked out till last thursday when my sponsor drove me to the er. Been clean and sober since and plan to stay that way. Since then I have had really bad kidney pain, the first few days at detox, I kept telling them there was something wrong, My urine was red and I did not go so often. Since I have been home I have been drinking cranberry juice and taking supplements to help? No my urine is back to my normal pattern, yet I still have the nasty pain?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The severe pain in abdomen with red urine usually narrate underlying calculus in the urinary system ( the pain of which increased by the dehydration effect of drinking ). In our clinic, we recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis along with maintenance of hydration levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
