HI SIR /MADAM I HAVE Knee pain (knee gap) now days pain is lessed ... but increasing gap .. wht can i do for that ... now days i was stop all medicine because of mine wegiht increasing from that medcine .... now i m at office so i cant inform u for that tablets which i was had ....

I think you have few myths and i should clear those.
1. Gap never increases , it always decreases.
2.medicines has no relation with weight gain except few such as steroids.
3. I would recommend you following.
A. Avoid squatting and sitting on the floor
B. Quadriceps exercises after physiotherapist's guidence.
C. Diclofenac ointment
D. Table calcium and vitamin D3.
E. Brufen for pain relief.
