Suggest Remedy For Severe Shoulder, Upper Arm, Neck And Hip Pain

All of a sudden I began experiencing severe shoulder, upper arm, neck, hip and knee pain on both sides of my body. I could not stand from a seated position. I could not raise my arms above my head. When I was helped to stand, I had trouble walking. I cannot sleep at night because the pain is so bad all in these areas. I cannot roll on my side or get out of bed without help. Have not been injured or done anything strenuous to cause this. Am waiting to see a rheumatologist as we speak. Any idea what could be happening? Rheumatoid arthritis has been ruled out, help me please. Thank you.
