Suggest Remedy For Severe Stomach Pain And Nausea

I ve taken Maca root capsules recently for 5 days straight. I quit taking them after having severe stomach pains and diarrhea. I felt fine after that day then today again started having severe stomach pains and nauseous. Is there something I need to take to help get my system to return to normal? It s been 3 days since I have taken the Maca. I ve started a probiotic today to see if that would help. I can t find any information that could help me with this.

I read you query carefully.
According to the details it seems to be stomach upset. If i will be your Treating Doctor, I'll preacrive you
1- Omeprazole 40mg 1 hr before meal once a day for 7 days.
2- Antacid after every meal.
3- Dimenhydrinate 50 mg in case of nausea or vomiting.
4- Avoid Spicy food.
5- Increase the intake of milk and yougurt.
6- Do not lie down immediately after meal.
7- Take your dinner atleast 2 hr before going to bed.
