Suggest Remedy For Shoulder Blade Pain

Hi, I'm a 38 year old women suffering with pain in my left sholder blade. Got up this morning was fine one minute and the next had really bad pain in my shoulder blade. Hurts when I turn my neck either way ,hurts when I reach with my right arm and burns when I'm seating still. What could be causing my pain and what can I do to relieve it?
