hlo sir i m experiencing side effects of over masturbation .my height is 5 feet 4 inches nd weight 53 kg . my age is 18 .i have quit it since 4 months ago to get cure frm side effects .now i m doing exercise ,eating healthy food taking high protein nd also taking ashwagandha capsules.sir i want to grow more 3 to 4 inches plz advice me

Stop Ashawgandha Cap as these can cause depression and high blood pressure. Whatever you are doing is enough for good health. Actually there are no side effects of masturbation , only excessive worry and guilt cause damage to body and mind.
