Suggest Remedy For Side Effects Due To Depo Shots

i have been off the depo for 5 weeks now, what can i do to bring my periods back quicker and can i still get pregnant / ovulate without having periods, i have been suffering many side affects of coming off the deppo, hot flushes, fluttering in the tummy, tummy cramps, depression please help

Hi,

Depo is a long acting injectable hormone. Due to long time use your body has got adapted to the hormone and the hot flushes and mood change are frequent problems with it's discontinuation.
You run the risk of getting pregnant anytime after stopping Depo.
If symptoms are troubling too much then you may tahe progestins only pills for 21days and wait for the periods to start.
