Suggest Remedy For Sinasetis

I am having sinasetis problem, my nose will be blocked most of the time. I will be having heavy cold. I have taken so many medicines but from 13 years I am having this problem. Dust allergy is also there. My age is 25. I stopped eating the food which will increase my cold. like ice cream, banana, juice, water milon..

Hi

if your symptoms are so severe you can get done sensitivity test and based on that immunotherapy can be given. This will give best result. Or else symptomatic therapy should be given.

For now you can take montelukast once daily and mometasone nasal spray daily. This will help in preventing the symptoms .
