General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should firstly get treated for hypothyroidism. Taking levothyroxine is recommended, the dosage should be prescribed by endocrinologist. Hypothyroidism can lower your body temperature and also can make you feel cold. Also, warm your room, have a warm tea and wear warm clothes.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
