Suggest Remedy For Small Bumps On The Labia

Hi there!
First, I fully plan on seeing a doctor, I would just like some information first. I have a few small bumps on my labia. They are mildly itchy and two have a small amount of pus inside. This is the third time these bumps have appeared in the past 3 months (always within 2 days after my period). The first time it woild burn during urination. This time, however, there seem to be more bumps than usual (about 5). The visual symptoms seem to point to genital herpes but I have a few concerns.
1. I do not exhibit any other symptoms related to genital herpes including differentiation in discharge.
2. I have had the same sexual partner (faithfully on my end, and I am extremely confident that my partner has always been faithful as well) for a year and a half now and I have never had these issues before the last three months.

I know that symptoms (if there are any) may lie dormant, but usually not for over a year, right? If this is an outbreak why am I just now noticing/feeling? Are there any other ideas on what this may be?

Thank you!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholinitis. For my patients with such condition i advise antibiotics like clindamycin in form of vaginal suppository for application. For soothing from pain and irritation i advise to do warm compress with towel.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
