Suggest Remedy For Sore And Itchy Skin Near Vagina

the skin near my vagina is very red and itchy and when I itch it there seems to be open cuts on the skin which are very painful. the skin feels very thin and sore and also i have an increased amount of discharge recently although i dont know if that is related which also seems different in colour (more yellowish/greenish). I have been applying nappy rash cream (sudocrem) to the area but my skin has been sore and itchy like this for a month.. is this anything serious?

Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely bacterial vaginosis associated with yeast infection. It is better to get a pelvic exaination by a gynecologist and swab to rule out the condition. For such condition in my patients i treat with antibiotics with combination of metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablet. I also advise to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections. Hope this may help you.
