HELLO,I AM A MALE. A YEAR AGO I INJURED MY RIGHT PECTORAL MUSCLE BY OPENING THE CAR DOOR AND THE TIP OF THE CAR DOOR SCRAPED MY BREAST AND NIPPLE. ITS BEEN SORE EVER SINCE. BUT NOW IT REALLY HURTS IF ANYTHING PRESSES ON IT. I WENT AND GOT A CHEST EX RAY . NOTHING SHOWED UP. WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?

You may be having some infection.Treatment of it may be infection control by antibiotics and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. As your x ray is normal there is no major problem.
