Suggest Remedy For Sore Bumps On Head With Nausea

I fell down stairs Saturday evening on my back and hit my head as I fell so hard that it bounce up off the wooden stair. I place ice on my head to reduce the bump but now it is still very sore and I am dizzy with a little nausea. Should I go to the doctor for an exray?
