General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a respiratory tract infection. I recommend to do an X-ray of the lugs to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. The bloody vaginal discharge does not seem to be related to the rest of the symptoms. It needs to be evaluated by a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
