Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Stiffness In Thigh
I was playing basketball and took a knee to my thigh.i could barely walk that day or day after but it got a little better. Now day 5 and still sore and stiff after sitting. I don t think it s a fracture but rather a contusion. Been using ice and heat but wondering if I should be stretching it out more or what else can I do? I never did go to dr. Office
