Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Neck

I have been having trouble with a kink in my neck for 3 months. I went a chiropractor a few days ago. They used massage and ting unit to loosen me up and then the doctor adjusted my neck. The quick snap way.I had never been to a chiropractor before. I am concerned he may make things worse. he did an x-ray and said I had artheritus and bone spurs. However, the catch in my neck has remained the same all along. It happened quickly when I was blow drying my hair. I am however loosing my range of motion.Should I see a specialist instead of having adjustments?

Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I think that you are having cervical spondylitis. Treatment of it is Diacerine and glucosamine. Neck exercises and Physiotherpy are useful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can consult orthopaedist for it. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
