Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Neck, arms And Numbness In Fingers

Hi my name is Henry. I had pain in the neck and my fingers on both hands are numb especially the index and middle finger. Both my arms are very sore especially the right one. So, I ended up having surgery for C5-C6, C6-C7. A surgery called surgical spine fusion. But, it has already been 9 weeks since the surgery and nothing has changed. I am still feeling numbness in my fingers, soreness in my arms and pain in my neck. Any solutions?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Dear Henary,i have full sympathy with you. I know how bad it is felt when you have surgery and not get result. But I can assure you that you will be fine soon and your doctor should have explained to you that this type of nerve symptoms take time to disappear. I hope you are taking Methylcobalamine which is must after these surgeries. i would suggest you to wait for 2 more months as nerve healing take some time and soon you will feel better. If symptoms persist even after that then you can get a repeat MRI test.
