Suggest Remedy For Spreading Spot With Knot On Arm After Taking A Flu Shot

Hi I had a flu shot Thursday now my arm has a large red spot that is slowly spreading is hot sore and has a knot under it. I was feeling sick last night and threw up now it feels like something s stuck in my throat, what should I do I don t want to sit in a er waiting room all night
