Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailment

I am 18 and in college. Twice now I have woken up in the middle of the night feeling very sick. I shiver excessively and go to the bathroom and have several bowel movements the whole time shivering and feeling awful. I'm usually in the bathroom on the toilet for about an hour. Afterwards I can't fall back to sleep either because when I lay down I feel sick again or because when I lay down I fidget because I am no longer tired and that causes me to be unable to fall asleep. It takes at least an hour before I finally do fall asleep. I think that me being sick is related to what I eat but I'm in college I basically have a chose between a sandwich, something greasy, or snack food. I was just wondering what should I do?

virus through contaminated food or liquids .

* Suggestions for better recovery

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Prefer soft , light , bland , vegan diet .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods .

- Intake of proton pump inhibitor ( as omeprazole ) on empty stomach
with sips of water 1 hour prior to meals .
- Regular walking , exercises , YOGA will help .
- Avoid smoking , alcohol if using .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Manage to have sound regular sleep of 7 - 8 hours .

* If after 48 hours of above , should consult your doctor .
