Hi thanks for contacting HCM.... Here mild pancreatic inflammation can be there as per USG report.... For that serum lipase and serum amylase estimation done.... Usually as you are obese , pancreas inflammation can be because of gall stone.. So if suspected CT scan will be helpful... Rest is taken.... As far as diet is concerned low fat diet taken. Soft and bland diet taken... Fruit juice more.... Antibiotic given prophylactically.... If pain more simple analgesic taken... As far as habit concerned avoid alcohol and smoking ......
