Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

wenever i eat anything my stomach starts paining and acid comes upto my throat and plenty of gases form.its been around 12 years to this condition.it stays under control through homeo but the symptoms persist.i cant hav any kind of juices,fruits.biscuits,tea, coffee areated drinks or anything that has preservatives.my age is38,and the main prob is of the odour that emanates from my sto.so my first priority is riddance from this nasty odour. kindly help as i cant really under go the traditional endoscopy which has a long rod inserted into the sto.my height is 5 3,wt is 64kg

Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , carbonated drinks .

Avoid over eating , prolong fasting .
Avoid resting upto 2 hours after meals .
Fix your timing of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible .

Keep your BP , blood sugar , cholesterol , weight under control .

Intake of Proton pump inhibitors as omeprazole or pantoprazole on empty
