Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

Hi. I woke up in the middle of the night with what felt like awful gas pains in my lower ribs and upper back. These lasted all night. I felt a little better when I got up this morn, so I had a bowl of cereal. Now it feels like some toxin or poison is sitting in my belly. Thoughts on what is going on?

- Intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole ( 20 ) mg morning and
evening with sips of water before meals .
