Suggest Remedy For Stomach Discomfort And Gastric

Hi, I went out on Saturday night and drank more than I would normally, (I tend to not drink only on occasions) on a near to empty stomach. I was fine the whole night, other than the constant need to go toilet and some stumbling at the beginning of the night which went quickly, I then ate at around 5am at Mc Donald s and went home to sleep. When I woke up I felt dizzy and could feel sick so I ate and drank some water to sober up. The feeling of needing to throw up and discomfort lasted till about Monday but it is now Thursday and although it is hardly noticeable I can still slightly feel a little stomach discomfort especially when empty. Prior to this all I had gone to the doctors because I ha noticed an high gassy feeling and the need to go toilet and fart after eating. I m not sure what s wrong with me

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here following possibilities can be there....
-gastric indigestion
-gastritis by outside food bacterial toxin
-viral stomach flu....

For few days now avoid outside food...
Avoid non veg , junk foods for few days.
Frequent hot water sips useful.
Green leafy veg and fruit more.
Excess spicy and fatty food avoided.

Avoid gastric irritants like ....
-excess tea
-excess coffee
-alcohol
-smoking
-meat
-tobaco

Take oflixacin antibiotic for 5 days.
Kiwi rich in magnesium , pottasium , vitamin c , linolic acid and help in proper GI functioning...

You feel gassy ....so avoid gas forming foods like ....
-cabbage
-turnips
-onion
-beans etc....

If still no benefit investigate with USG for further work up.....
