Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain With Nausea And Dizziness

I haven't had sex in 6 months till three days ago a few nights ago I felt horrible stomachn pain like someone jabbed me that went away now I have pressure in my lower stomach an very nauseated I feel bloated could I be pregnate now keep urinating allottt even at night very dizzy but not to start till Wednesday im 38 have 6 kids youngest is two an then three im in good health very emotional keep crying

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you have had no sex for the last 6 months pregnancy is out of question.
The cause of sudden pain in lower abdomen, pressure, frequent urination, bloating and dizziness can be due to the following reasons:
Severe urinary tract infection.
Pelvic inflammatory disease that is PID.
Intestinal infection.
Ovarian cyst with twisting.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Tests of urine: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of stool and blood.
Clinical evaluation by a Gynecologist and a General surgeon to correlate the reports and get a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
Go to the ER so that the things can be done urgently.
