Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Which area you are having stomach pain? Is it burning pain, squeezing or colicky pain or is it a dull aching pain?
From history, it is difficult to say what is the cause, but possible causes may be peptic ulcers, cystitis, renal colic, cholecystitis etcetera.
Tablet pantaprazole before breakfast and syrp sucral 15 to 30 ml thrice a day is suggested. If symptoms does not improve then consult your surgeon who will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
