Suggest Remedy For Stomachache, Headache And Tiredness

I have the implanon in my arm and started what i thought was my normal period on sunday and i m gettin sick to my stomache, having headaches, and getting very tired just out of the blue and this is how i felt with my first pregnany, i took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative, can i still be pregnant with all that being said?
