Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Darkening Of Limbs On Touching Cold Water?

i am a 27 yrs old, female, student...at d time of wetting my body with cold water or rain water....my face,hands & legs vl bcom dark rose colour with iching..my ears, hands & legs bcom huge.... at winter it is high..i cnt tolerate this..so i cant use 2wheelers in rain, cnt wash clothes.....is any good treatment for this.....is homeopathy is good 4 dis? pls answer me..........
