Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Numbness After A Fall

Hello! Today I was getting off the couch, but my right foot was asleep a little. When I got up and started walking my right foot rolled to the right and I fell. It has swollen up and I am not sure I should go to the doctor or not. I have iced it, put it up, put icy hot on it and wrapped it. If a doctor isn t going to do anything more, I am not sure if I should go?

Dear patient
It seems you have injured your foot. Since there is swelling and with all measures you have tried it's not relieving possibility of underlying minor fracture cannot be ruled out. You need to Is it expert orthopaedic surgeon and get yourself examined. Xray of right for anteroposterior and oblique views is recommended to rule out bony abnormalities. Meanwhile start tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for pain relief. Keep it elevated on two pillow and apply crepe bandage.
