Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Tenderness In Lymph Node

I recently got an industrial piercing done, and I have 10 others and so know how to care for them properly, however yesterday I noticed that my preauricular lymph node was swollen, hard and tender to the touch. I ve never had this happen with my other cartilage piercings. What is happening?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having infection at the site of piercing causing enlarged painful lymph node.
Clean the site with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
If require go for one oral antibioitic medicine course for 3 days.
Ok and take care.
