Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Jaw

I have substantial swelling on my right side jaw. Very painful. Spreading quickly, from small swelling on lower jaw bone to now from chin to ear (internal). Pain and tenderness spreading down my neck. Cannot open my mouth very far Small part started draining this morning , (In my mouth) I have had staph/mrsa before. How should I treat this?
