Suggest Remedy For Swelling Of Fingers And Palm

i have hit the back of my left hand very hard on the sharp point corner of a book case. the hand hurts on the palm and fingers close to where i hit it. i put ice on it right away and it is only swelling right where i hit it. when i try to use it i can make a weak fist but if i try to pick something up i have sharp pains. shall i just rest it or go to doctor

I think you have to go for x ray once to rule out crack or fracture.
by applying ice swelling will get reduce.
take tablet rasnadi guggulu 1 tablet twice a day after food.it will subsides pain & swelling too.
