Suggest Remedy For Swollen Elbow

Hello, I am a male, age 27, 6 3, 190 lbs and I fell on some stairs yesterday, hitting my elbow. I cannot fully extend my elbow/lock the joint and I can only bring it towards my body (flex it) to about 90 degrees before it starts really hurting. It is swollen but does not hurt while it s resting.

Just to be sure get an X-ray for any chance of chipping your bone. Apply cold pack and OTC anti-inflammatory gel and compression bandage for a week or so.
